This figure shows the association-owned common area along with the access easements leading to it from the south and north. These easements grant Boundary View association members (and only those members) access to the common area through three privately-owned lots:
While the easements granted to the association members allow them to cross those private lots in order to access the common area, they do not allow the association or any of its members to extend those privileges to anyone outside the association. These easements are specified in the founding documents. The association itself has no rights over the private property easements except as needed to maintain the common area.
